Responsibility
- Manage and oversee all accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with FRS/SFRS.
- Direct the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, reporting on variances to the management team.
- Manage tax filings, statutory audits, and ensure compliance with local tax regulations and accounting standards.
- Monitor cash flow, handle banking relationships, and manage working capital efficiently.
- Collaborate with department heads to provide financial analysis that supports operational decision-making.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/CA).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Finance Manager or Senior Accountant role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Xero) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and local corporate tax laws.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be comfortable working on-site at our Tuas facility.
