Responsibility
- Lead and oversee the entire monthly closing process to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports for regional offices and headquarters.
- Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, fostering a high-performance team culture.
- Coordinate seamlessly with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth audit cycles.
- Manage tax filing requirements and ensure full compliance with local regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement financial policies to improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor cash flow, budget performance, and financial forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or MIA).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial accounting or management.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and MS Excel.
- Solid understanding of MFRS/IFRS and local taxation laws.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a finance team.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
