Responsibility
- Assist the finance team in daily accounting activities and data entry tasks.
- Support the preparation of monthly financial reports and management accounts.
- Maintain and organize financial documentation, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor accounts payable and receivable.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings and audit documentation as required.
- Participate in stock-take exercises and asset verification processes.
- Support general administrative tasks within the Finance Department to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of fundamental accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy.
- A proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn and contribute to organizational goals.
