Responsibility
- Manage full-set accounting functions, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, reports, and reconciliations with precision.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and company policies.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for business decisions.
- Handle payroll processing and statutory submissions accurately and on time.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audits.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in full-set accounting, preferably in engineering or construction.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and MS Excel.
- Strong knowledge of local tax laws and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial reporting.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
