Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including invoicing, payroll processing, and expense tracking.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports, budgets, and forecasts in compliance with local regulations.
- Oversee HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies for HR and administrative procedures.
- Coordinate office administration, including procurement, vendor management, and facility maintenance.
- Develop and implement efficient administrative systems to streamline operations.
- Assist in preparing tax filings, audits, and other financial documentation as required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in finance, HR, or administrative roles, preferably in the hospitality or service industry.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and HR management systems.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, tax regulations, and payroll processing.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
