Responsibility
- Oversee and manage the finance department, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial statements and reports.
- Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to support the company's goals and objectives.
- Monitor and review financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial guidance and support for business decisions.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring the company's financial stability and growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, Excel).
