You will be responsible for supporting month-end closing processes, conducting budget variance analysis, and ensuring compliance with financial policies. Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation and consolidation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Perform detailed budget variance analysis to support FP&A initiatives and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain accurate financial records in SAP, ensuring data integrity and timely processing of transactions.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes, including bank reconciliations and journal entries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to monitor project budgets and operational expenditures.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and ensure compliance with internal financial controls and regulatory standards.
- Support management with ad-hoc financial reporting and data analysis requests to facilitate informed decision-making.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (ACCA/CPA).
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience in accounting or financial operations.
- Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet tight reporting deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with various stakeholders.
