Responsibility
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic business decisions.
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and general ledger maintenance.
- Conduct cost analysis and financial modeling to optimize operational efficiency in manufacturing and logistics.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, audits, and regulatory compliance for Indonesian operations.
- Collaborate with department heads to align financial planning with business objectives.
- Implement and improve financial controls, processes, and systems for scalability.
- Generate insightful reports for senior management to drive data-backed decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain industries.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards (PSAK/IFRS).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with forecasting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is advantageous.
- High integrity, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to process improvement.
