Responsibility
- Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger management to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, providing actionable insights to branch management for strategic decision-making.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to optimize financial performance and support business growth in key Bali locations (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
- Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to track inventory, manage costs, and improve operational efficiency across the branch.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, audits, and internal controls, minimizing financial risks and maintaining transparency.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
- Lead financial reporting for branch performance, presenting findings to senior management and recommending improvements.
- Support branch expansion initiatives by conducting financial feasibility studies and risk assessments for new projects or locations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A CPA or MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the automotive, manufacturing, or logistics industry.
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic recommendations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or similar) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, financial regulations, and compliance requirements.
- High attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
