Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic decision-making in construction projects.
- Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and cost control measures to optimize project profitability.
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure financial alignment with construction timelines and milestones.
- Conduct financial audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and tax authorities, to maintain financial transparency.
- Support the implementation of financial policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably within the construction or engineering sector.
- Strong proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance standards in Indonesia.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
