Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable processes, including billing, invoicing, and receipting.
- Process refunds and adjustments accurately and in compliance with company policies.
- Handle high-volume student and external inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
- Maintain up-to-date records and ensure data integrity in financial systems.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar finance role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle high-volume transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
