Responsibility
- Assist the Head of Department in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Coordinate and facilitate internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate submission of required documents.
- Manage statutory compliance, including tax filings, financial statements, and other regulatory submissions.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights and recommendations to optimize financial performance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, including auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions.
- Monitor financial transactions and reconcile accounts to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.
- Assist in the implementation of financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to mitigate risks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or audit roles, preferably in a corporate or multinational environment.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills for financial analysis.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
