Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with local and international standards.
- Conduct financial analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings and compliance with Indonesian financial regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Monitor cash flow and liquidity to support business operations and growth initiatives.
- Assist in audits and financial reviews, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Support the implementation of financial software and tools to enhance reporting and analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance in Indonesia.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification such as CPA or CFA is a plus.
