As our Finance Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving the financial health, strategy, and growth of our organization. Whether you choose to be based in our Singapore hub or our Kuala Lumpur office, you will be responsible for providing the financial foresight required to scale operations and optimize performance across the region. You will partner closely with the executive board to shape our financial narrative, manage complex reporting structures, and lead a high-performing finance team to achieve excellence.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies to support the Group's long-term business objectives.
- Partner with the Board of Directors to provide actionable insights, financial analysis, and strategic recommendations for growth.
- Lead and mentor the regional finance team, fostering a culture of high performance, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee all statutory reporting, compliance, taxation, and audit requirements across operational jurisdictions.
- Manage group-level budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning to ensure optimal liquidity and resource allocation.
- Drive digital transformation in financial processes to enhance efficiency and reporting capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to support regional expansion and M&A activities.
Qualifications
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, CA, or equivalent) is required.
- Minimum 12-15 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years at a Senior Manager or Director level.
- Strong background in regional financial oversight, ideally within a multi-entity or group structure.
- Expertise in IFRS, corporate governance, and complex tax regulations in Singapore and Malaysia.
- Exceptional business partnering skills with the ability to influence and communicate at the Board level.
- Proven ability to manage high-level stakeholders and navigate cross-cultural professional environments.
- Advanced analytical skills with a proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving.
