Responsibility
- Prepare, review, and maintain accurate financial records and reports in compliance with company policies and accounting standards
- Process daily financial transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
- Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparation of financial statements
- Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights for business decision-making
- Support budget preparation and monitoring processes across departments
- Maintain organized documentation of financial transactions and supporting documents
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial processes align with operational needs
- Assist in implementing and maintaining financial controls and procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial concepts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas) and financial software
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new financial systems and processes
- Basic understanding of Indonesian financial regulations is a plus
