As a Finance Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy of our financial records, supporting month-end closing procedures, and assisting the finance team with operational tasks. Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation and processing of daily financial transactions and ledger entries.
- Support the month-end and quarter-end financial closing processes, including bank reconciliations.
- Ensure all financial data is accurate, compliant with company policies, and recorded in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the finance team to prepare necessary documentation for internal and external audits.
- Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoice tracking and verification.
- Assist in the generation of financial reports for management review.
- Support ad-hoc finance projects and administrative tasks as required by the finance department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience in accounting or financial operations.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, or similar ERPs).
- Solid understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and financial reporting standards.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Must be available to commit to a 4-month fixed-term contract based in Clark, Pampanga.
