Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Process and record financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
- Maintain and update financial databases and spreadsheets.
- Prepare and submit tax documents and other financial reports as required.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure financial data integrity and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and financial reporting standards is a plus.
