Responsibility
- Oversee all accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, and Payroll.
- Develop and implement strategic financial plans to optimize costs and maximize profitability.
- Spearhead the transition and optimization of ERP systems to enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide comprehensive financial forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis to support executive decision-making.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations, statutory reporting, and international accounting standards.
- Manage treasury functions, cash flow analysis, and capital allocation strategies.
- Lead and mentor the finance department, fostering a culture of high performance and professional integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field (CPA license required).
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager, Accounting Head, or Controller, preferably in a retail or FMCG environment.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced financial modeling techniques.
- Expertise in Philippine tax laws, BIR compliance, and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Strong command of written and spoken English and Filipino.
