Responsibility
- Conduct financial analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, to support business decisions.
- Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop financial models and business cases for new initiatives.
- Monitor financial performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to optimize cost efficiency and revenue growth.
- Support the treasury function by managing cash flow, liquidity, and financial risk.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related role.
- Progress toward or completion of a professional qualification in finance or treasury (e.g., CFA, CPA, ACT) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and financial software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
