Responsibility
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and financial statements.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and reconciliation.
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with local tax and labor regulations.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants to ensure compliance and optimize financial performance.
- Manage administrative tasks, including office supplies, vendor relationships, and facility management.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights to senior management.
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality in all financial and administrative operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance and administration roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong knowledge of local tax laws, financial regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
