Responsibility
- Manage full cycle of Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions efficiently.
- Oversee monthly payroll processing and ensure compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
- Prepare accurate financial reports, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements on a timely basis.
- Handle tax filings, including SST submissions, and ensure adherence to local tax regulations.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow movements.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and assist in internal/external audit preparations.
- Coordinate with vendors, banks, and auditors to streamline financial workflows.
Qualifications
- Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders).
- High level of integrity, analytical mindset, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
- Deep understanding of Malaysian tax laws and accounting standards.
