As our Finance & Tax Specialist, you will oversee the full cycle of accounting processes, including daily financial transactions, monthly financial statement preparation, and end-to-end tax planning and reporting. This is a critical role that directly influences our strategic decision-making process. Responsibility
- Prepare and manage accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Handle end-to-end tax compliance, including calculating and reporting PPh 21, 23, 25, and PPN.
- Maintain the general ledger and ensure all financial transactions are recorded in compliance with PSAK.
- Monitor cash flow, accounts receivable, and accounts payable processes efficiently.
- Reconcile bank statements and balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis.
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax authorities as required.
- Provide insightful financial analysis and reports to management for business planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or taxation roles.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (Brevet A & B certification is a significant advantage).
- Proficient in using accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or similar ERP systems).
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas).
- Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines with high integrity and professionalism.
