Responsibility
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial journals and reports in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Coordinate with department heads to develop and monitor annual budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Assist in tax preparation and filing, ensuring compliance with local and national tax laws.
- Conduct regular financial audits to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and reconciliation.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including financial statement preparation.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to management to aid in decision-making.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial regulations and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or tax roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
- Certification in accounting (e.g., Brevet A/B, CPA) is a plus.
