Responsibility
- Supervise and manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in compliance with local regulations and GAAP standards.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and variance analysis to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with tax obligations and labor laws.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with operational objectives.
- Mentor and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or similar certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or local ERP systems) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, financial reporting standards, and auditing procedures.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Proven ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the manufacturing or FMCG industry is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of team development and process optimization.
