Responsibility
- Lead and oversee all financial accounting operations, including month-end and year-end close processes.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize profitability, cash flow, and cost efficiency.
- Prepare accurate financial statements, reports, and forecasts for senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards (PSAK/IFRS).
- Manage budgeting, financial planning, and variance analysis to support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with business objectives.
- Oversee internal controls, risk management, and audit processes to safeguard company assets.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong expertise in Indonesian tax regulations, PSAK/IFRS, and financial reporting.
- Proven track record of strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Experience working in Bali or Indonesia’s dynamic business environment is highly desirable.
