Responsibility
- Oversee and manage end-to-end financial and operational control functions.
- Monitor and optimize inventory cost management to enhance profitability.
- Administer and maintain the ERP system for accurate financial reporting.
- Handle financial settlements, ensuring timely and precise transactions.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance or accounting for the Manager role; fresh graduates are welcome for the Junior Executive position.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and financial software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
