Responsibility
- Provide on-site technical and operational support to retail partners and customers across Bali.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to products, equipment, and services in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to report field issues and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of field activities, including service reports and customer interactions.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of company products and systems.
- Deliver training and guidance to retail staff on product usage and best practices.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous service.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in field support, retail operations, or a related role.
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with retail environments and consumer products is a plus.
- Willingness to travel across various locations in Bali.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using mobile devices for reporting.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is an advantage.
