Responsibility
- Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of healthcare technology equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently to minimize downtime.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system upgrades and improvements.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users and stakeholders.
- Document all service activities, including troubleshooting steps and resolutions.

- Manage inventory of tools, parts, and equipment required for service calls.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in field service, technical support, or a similar role.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Familiarity with healthcare technology, medical devices, or IT systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a field-based environment.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Bali as required.
- Physical ability to lift and move equipment (up to 20-25 kg) as needed.
