Responsibility
- Install, configure, and test CCTV, GPS, and radio systems in vehicles according to technical specifications.
- Perform regular maintenance and inspections to ensure systems are functioning optimally.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware/software issues in installed devices.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients as needed.
- Document all installations, repairs, and maintenance activities for record-keeping.
- Collaborate with the team to upgrade or replace outdated systems with newer technologies.
- Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards during all technical operations.
- Train end-users on the proper use and basic troubleshooting of installed systems.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in CCTV, GPS, or automotive electronics installation and repair.
- Strong knowledge of electrical wiring, circuit testing, and system integration.
- Familiarity with GPS tracking software, CCTV monitoring systems, and radio communication devices.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Physical ability to perform tasks requiring climbing, bending, and lifting equipment.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for on-site assignments.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
