Responsibility
- Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of automated systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to minimize downtime.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their automation needs and provide solutions.
- Document service reports and maintain accurate records of work performed.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards.
- Provide technical support and training to clients as needed.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in automation technology.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience as a Field Service Technician, preferably in automation.
- Strong knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, and industrial control systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to work independently.
