Responsibility
- Coordinate and schedule field service appointments, ensuring optimal routing and timely service delivery.
- Liaise with clients to confirm appointments, address inquiries, and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Maintain accurate records of service requests, technician assignments, and client interactions.
- Provide exceptional customer support via email, chat, and phone, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Monitor service progress and update clients on status changes or delays.
- Collaborate with field technicians to optimize schedules and minimize downtime.
- Generate reports on service metrics, client feedback, and operational efficiency.
- Assist in training new team members on scheduling tools and client support protocols.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in administrative support, scheduling, or customer service roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
