Based in the vibrant region of Badung, Bali, this role offers a blend of technical challenge and the chance to work in one of Indonesia’s most dynamic industrial hubs. Candidates with hands-on experience in Rasco handlers will be prioritized, but we also welcome motivated engineers eager to specialize in this niche field.
Responsibility
- Perform on-site installation, commissioning, and calibration of Rasco SO Series handlers (SO1000/SO2000) and related equipment.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of material handling systems.
- Diagnose and resolve technical faults in hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems of Rasco handlers.
- Provide real-time troubleshooting and emergency repair services to minimize operational downtime.
- Collaborate with clients to train end-users on safe and efficient equipment operation.
- Maintain detailed service reports, including work logs, parts usage, and recommendations for improvements.
- Stay updated on Rasco’s latest technological advancements and industry best practices.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory standards during all service activities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with Rasco SO Series handlers (SO1000/SO2000) or similar material handling platforms is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3+ years of field service experience in industrial equipment maintenance or automation systems.
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC systems used in material handling equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in reading technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Badung and surrounding areas as required.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal) with strong communication and customer service skills.
