Responsibility
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of ion implant equipment at customer sites.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and calibration to ensure equipment reliability and performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely solutions to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve equipment performance and customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical training and support to customers and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, including reports and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards.
- Travel to various customer sites across Bali as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in field service engineering, preferably in semiconductor equipment.
- Strong technical knowledge of ion implant systems or similar semiconductor equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
