This is a roving fieldwork role, offering a dynamic work environment where you’ll travel to various sites across Bali to ensure top-tier security solutions. Responsibility
- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, DVRs/NVRs, access control systems, and alarm systems at client sites across Bali.
- Conduct on-site troubleshooting and repairs for security system malfunctions, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Perform system testing and calibration to guarantee optimal performance and compliance with security standards.
- Provide technical training to end-users on system operation and basic maintenance.
- Collaborate with project managers to plan and execute security system deployments within deadlines.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation for installations, upgrades, and service visits.
- Stay updated on emerging security technologies and recommend upgrades to clients.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and industry regulations during all field operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, IT, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in installing and servicing CCTV, access control, or security systems.
- Strong knowledge of IP/analog cameras, network configuration, and video management software (e.g., Hikvision, Dahua, Bosch).
- Familiarity with wiring, cabling, and power systems for security installations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in the field.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently within Bali.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal) for client communication.
- Certifications in security systems (e.g., CompTIA Security+, manufacturer-specific training) are a plus.
