Responsibility

  • Proactively identify and engage potential merchants to adopt NTT DATA's payment solutions, including credit/debit card terminals and e-wallet integrations.
  • Conduct on-site demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our payment technologies.
  • Educate merchants on fraud prevention best practices and security protocols to ensure safe transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline merchant onboarding and resolve any technical or operational issues.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to position NTT DATA as the preferred payment partner.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback using CRM tools.
  • Participate in local business events and networking opportunities to expand your professional network.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in financial services, fintech, or payment solutions.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Familiarity with digital payment technologies (e.g., POS systems, mobile wallets) is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned territories.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are an advantage.
