Responsibility
- Conduct daily canvassing visits to retail stores, factories, and corporate offices in Bali to promote and sell stationery (ATK) and grocery products.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by building strong relationships with potential clients and understanding their needs.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective negotiation, product demonstration, and persuasive communication.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback using company-provided tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies and ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in field sales, canvassing, or business development, preferably in FMCG, retail, or distribution.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clients.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, and CRM tools) for reporting and data management.
- Possess a valid driverâs license and willingness to travel extensively within Bali for client visits.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields is advantageous.
- Ability to handle rejection, stay resilient, and maintain a positive attitude in a competitive sales environment.
