As a Field Registration & Liaison Officer, youāll play a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations across multiple locations in Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. Youāll be responsible for managing registrations, coordinating with local teams, and maintaining compliance with regional regulationsāall while delivering exceptional service to our clients and partners.

Responsibility
- Act as the primary liaison between field operations and local stakeholders, including government agencies, clients, and partners.
- Manage registration processes for field activities, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth operations across multiple locations in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung).
- Monitor and report on field activities, providing timely updates to management and stakeholders.
- Resolve operational issues and escalate concerns to the appropriate teams for prompt resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of registrations, permits, and compliance documents.
- Assist in organizing and supporting field events, meetings, and client engagements.
- Ensure all field operations adhere to health, safety, and environmental standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative, liaison, or field operations roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic data management tools.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements in Bali is an advantage.
