Responsibility
- Deploy, configure, and maintain contactless smart card systems in the field.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to smart card technology.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless integration of smart card solutions.
- Conduct on-site training and support for end-users and stakeholders.
- Monitor system performance and implement optimizations for enhanced efficiency.
- Document technical processes, configurations, and resolutions for future reference.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in smart card technology.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and data protection standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in field operations, IT support, or smart card technology.
- Strong technical skills in hardware deployment, software configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with contactless payment systems, RFID, or NFC technologies is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned regions as needed.
