Responsibility
- Develop and execute field marketing strategies to promote brand awareness and drive sales in assigned regions (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, distributors, and community leaders to expand market reach.
- Organize and manage on-ground events, promotions, and product demonstrations to engage potential customers.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in Bali’s diverse markets.
- Collaborate with the central marketing team to align field activities with overall brand messaging and campaigns.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, including lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Provide real-time feedback from the field to refine marketing strategies and product offerings.
- Ensure brand consistency across all field marketing materials and customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in field marketing, sales, or a similar role (preferably in Bali or a tourist-heavy region).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven ability to build and nurture relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess market data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., CRM, social media analytics) is a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently across assigned regions in Bali.
