Responsibility
- Conduct professional site visits to customers' residences to follow up on account status.
- Provide clear, helpful, and transparent financial education to customers regarding their repayment obligations.
- Achieve individual and team collection targets while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Document all visit outcomes accurately in the company’s mobile tracking system.
- Resolve customer queries and provide guidance on payment channels.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while de-escalating complex situations and negotiating payment solutions.
- Collaborate with the branch management team to ensure consistent adherence to company policies and regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Willingness to work in the field and travel extensively within the Bali area.
- Possess a valid driver's license (SIM C) and a reliable personal motorcycle.
- Excellent communication and persuasive negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a high level of emotional intelligence.
- Disciplined, target-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience in debt collection, sales, or customer service is a significant advantage.
