Responsibility
- Ensure the safety, well-being, and security of all children under your supervision throughout the day.
- Assist children with daily routines, including meal times, nap times, and hygiene practices.
- Facilitate creative play and educational activities that support cognitive and social-emotional development.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom environment suitable for young learners.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's daily progress, behavior, and activities.
- Monitor and record attendance and behavioral observations accurately.
- Implement health and safety protocols to ensure a hazard-free daycare facility.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent in Early Childhood Education (PAUD) is preferred.
- Genuine love and patience for working with toddlers and preschool-aged children.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain a professional, positive, and enthusiastic attitude at all times.
- Strong understanding of child safety standards and basic first-aid knowledge is a plus.
- Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced educational environment.
- Must be willing to work full-time hours in Banten.
