Responsibility
- Monitor and track delinquent retail financing contracts, ensuring timely follow-ups on overdue payments.
- Conduct field visits to customers’ locations (residences or businesses) to assess situations and negotiate repayment plans.
- Implement persuasive and diplomatic communication strategies to encourage customers to fulfill their financial obligations.
- Document all collection activities, including visit reports, payment agreements, and customer interactions, in the company’s system.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., customer service, legal) to escalate complex cases and propose solutions for non-performing loans.
- Provide regular updates to management on collection progress, challenges, and recovery rates.
- Educate customers on the terms of their contracts and the consequences of default, while offering flexible solutions where applicable.
- Adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements in all collection activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in debt collection, field sales, or customer service within the financial services sector.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia (verbal and written).
- Familiarity with retail financing, leasing, or banking operations is a plus.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Bali region (own motorcycle and valid driver’s license required).
- Proficient in using MS Office and collection management software.
- High integrity, resilience, and ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
