Responsibility
- Conduct monthly field visits to assigned customers to facilitate collections and resolve outstanding payments.
- Utilize the My Vista application to log visits, update customer records, and track collection progress.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure timely payments and customer satisfaction.
- Provide clear and professional communication regarding payment terms, deadlines, and any customer concerns.
- Collaborate with the internal team to report on collection activities, challenges, and customer feedback.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and ethical conduct.
- Travel extensively within assigned regions (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung) to meet collection targets.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on best practices and company goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in finance or customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in field collections, customer service, or sales, preferably in the financial services sector.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to handle difficult conversations professionally.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision in a field-based role.
- Familiarity with mobile applications and basic digital tools for tracking and reporting.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel extensively within Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage customer data and collection records.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
