Responsibility
- Conduct on-site visits to customers with overdue loan accounts to facilitate repayment.
- Negotiate and establish repayment plans that are mutually beneficial for both the customer and the company.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and payment arrangements.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing concerns and resolving disputes professionally.
- Monitor and follow up on delinquent accounts to ensure timely collections.
- Collaborate with internal teams to report on collection activities and provide insights for process improvements.
- Adhere to company policies and regulatory guidelines in all collection activities.
- Achieve monthly collection targets and contribute to the overall financial health of the organization.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in collections, customer service, or a related financial role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle difficult conversations professionally.
