Responsibility
- Conduct on-site and remote audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Review and analyze financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and expense reports, to identify discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the Operations Department to assess operational efficiency and recommend improvements.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management with clear, actionable recommendations.
- Assist the Accounting team in filing financial audits and ensuring timely submission of required documentation.
- Monitor internal controls and procedures to mitigate financial risks and enhance accuracy.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on audit procedures and financial best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and auditing standards to ensure compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in auditing, financial analysis, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards, financial regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in using audit software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification such as CPA or CIA is a plus but not required.
