Responsibility
- Provide specialized nursing care to patients undergoing fertility treatments, including IVF, IUI, and hormone therapy.
- Monitor and document patient progress, vital signs, and treatment responses with meticulous attention to detail.
- Assist fertility specialists during procedures such as egg retrievals, embryo transfers, and ultrasounds.
- Educate patients and their partners on treatment protocols, medication administration, and lifestyle adjustments to optimize success rates.
- Offer emotional support and counseling to patients, addressing concerns and fostering a trusting, compassionate relationship.
- Coordinate with laboratory staff to ensure accurate sample collection, handling, and processing.
- Maintain strict adherence to clinical protocols, infection control standards, and patient confidentiality.
- Participate in team meetings and continuous professional development to stay updated on advancements in reproductive medicine.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent; specialization in reproductive health or fertility nursing is a plus.
- Valid nursing license and registration in Indonesia (STR and SIP).
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in fertility nursing, OB/GYN, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of fertility treatments, medications, and patient care protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse patients.
- High level of empathy, patience, and emotional intelligence to support patients through challenging experiences.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and early mornings, to accommodate patient schedules.
