Responsibility
- Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast future fashion demands and adjust inventory levels accordingly.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure product offerings align with seasonal trends and brand identity.
- Manage the end-to-end merchandising lifecycle, from initial planning and product selection to inventory distribution.
- Monitor stock levels across all channels to prevent overstocking or stock-outs.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality fashion products.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, sell-through rates, and inventory turnover for management.
- Participate in retail store visits to gather customer feedback and observe competitive positioning.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Merchandising, Business, or a related field.
- Maximum 29 years old.
- Deep passion for the fashion industry with a strong understanding of current market trends and consumer behavior.
- Proven ability to analyze numerical data and translate it into actionable commercial insights.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across departments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with retail management software is highly advantageous.
