Responsibility
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on warehouse equipment, electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC units to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair facility-related issues, including structural, mechanical, and electrical problems, to minimize downtime.
- Monitor and maintain building systems, such as lighting, fire alarms, security systems, and emergency exits, in compliance with safety regulations.
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or installations, ensuring work is completed efficiently and within budget.
- Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions to uphold workplace safety standards and prevent hazards.
- Manage waste disposal, recycling programs, and general cleanliness of the facility and its surroundings.
- Assist in facility upgrades, renovations, or expansions as needed, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory of spare parts, and service logs for reporting and compliance purposes.
Qualifications
- Diploma or vocational training in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or a related field; additional certifications in facility management are a plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in facility maintenance, warehouse operations, or a similar technical role.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems, fire safety protocols, and building codes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting heavy equipment, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia to liaise with team members and external vendors.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing maintenance needs.
