Note: This is a 6-month contract position with the potential for extension based on performance and business needs.

Responsibility

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including maintenance, cleanliness, and upkeep of Pandamart facilities in Bali.
  • Manage and coordinate annual electrical licensing, safety inspections, and compliance with local regulations.
  • Monitor and maintain HVAC, lighting, and other critical systems to ensure optimal warehouse functionality.
  • Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to address facility-related issues and improve efficiency.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of facility upgrades, repairs, and preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Track inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring timely replenishment.
  • Support emergency response protocols for facility-related incidents (e.g., power outages, equipment failures).
  • Document and report facility performance metrics, including energy consumption and maintenance costs.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations, electrical systems, or facilities maintenance (prior internship or training is a plus).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with fluency in English (additional languages are a bonus).
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving facility-related issues.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards in Indonesia.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic facility management software/tools.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a tech-driven logistics environment.
