Note: This is a 6-month contract position with the potential for extension based on performance and business needs.
Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including maintenance, cleanliness, and upkeep of Pandamart facilities in Bali.
- Manage and coordinate annual electrical licensing, safety inspections, and compliance with local regulations.
- Monitor and maintain HVAC, lighting, and other critical systems to ensure optimal warehouse functionality.
- Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to address facility-related issues and improve efficiency.
- Assist in the planning and execution of facility upgrades, repairs, and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Track inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring timely replenishment.
- Support emergency response protocols for facility-related incidents (e.g., power outages, equipment failures).
- Document and report facility performance metrics, including energy consumption and maintenance costs.
Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelorâs degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations, electrical systems, or facilities maintenance (prior internship or training is a plus).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with fluency in English (additional languages are a bonus).
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving facility-related issues.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic facility management software/tools.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a tech-driven logistics environment.
