Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive facility management strategies to ensure operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Oversee daily facility operations, including building maintenance, utility management, and landscaping services.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors, ensuring high-quality service delivery and contract compliance.
- Drive site health, safety, and security protocols to ensure full regulatory compliance and a zero-incident culture.
- Prepare and manage facility budgets, tracking expenses and identifying opportunities for cost savings and operational optimization.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage office fit-outs, renovations, and space utilization projects.
- Implement sustainability initiatives to reduce energy consumption and improve the environmental performance of the facilities.
- Provide regular performance reporting to internal stakeholders and client representatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Real Estate, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in facilities management or property operations, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of local building regulations, safety standards (WSH), and facility compliance requirements in Singapore.
- Proven track record in managing third-party vendors and multi-disciplinary maintenance teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in facilities management software (CAFM/CMMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management and budget forecasting.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
